Okay, maybe exaggerating but I loved it. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, the people, the teachers, it was just really fun! Props to Andrew, who really went all out for us; driving us home and back, showing us around, letting us use his room and even offering his own bed! (I refused the invitation though) I got to chill with Dave too and met some crazy new people. The weekend was awesome. It cleared up doubt, brought back meaning into some of my ideas, planted new seeds in my head, made me think, made me breathe, made me clean.

Joel is a real great speaker, and I always love listening to him. Friday he really challenged me. Don’t you love a challenge that God gives you? He talked about the harvest and out of… great I can’t even remember, someone help me, but I know the verse. “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few”. I love that! It has to be my new favorite verse! “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few”. Criticism about can’t finding a job as a youth pastor was forgotten because the harvest is plentiful!!! Yes, the harvest is plentiful! The alter call people came up to pray for me and the entire time I was asking is this where you want me to be, and all around me I could here yes, yes, yes. Sure it was not only the people at the chapel, but just down on my knees I could feel it. Matthew, you are to go to summit and get the tools you need, because you need to start the harvest! AMEN! How awesome of a night it was!

Saturday was incredible too, although I was tired and almost fell asleep at Carl’s workshop; I regained energy and had a college game of hockey?!?!? Oh yes I sucked!

The hockey game was awesome too, we cheered for the rockets! I started to cheer for Vancouver once they scored, and they won too! So awesome! Crazy fight too! Yeah we killed him! (Hockey game fight, not me!) Although Dyllan did stab with nail clippers! Yes, it was an awesome weekend

I’ll be back Summit!
