// Unofficial Christmas Post!

It is technically 1:04am, December 26th, 2006, not 11:59pm, December 25th, 2006. You see, with all the hustle and bustle of an exciting Christmas day, I forgot to post the annual Christmas post!

Soo...

Merry Christmas! Hanukkah Blessings! Happy Birthday Jesus! ... And all that jazz!

So the computer says I posted on Christmas! I'll always have the guilt of knowing I didn't do it though! Ah well, there's always next year!

Merry Whatever Christmas my friends and family!

Love me!

// All I Want For Christmas Are Some English Muffins

Yep! English Muffins I say! I got them too! Anyhoo, just finished work a couple hours ago, and I must say, was a pretty good night. We had an early start at 9 and finished at 1! Woohoo! We were taking some cars to this place called Golden West, and when we were going to pick them up there was a guy unhooking some hoses and what not. So my Conductor was like "what you guys make in here?" Obviously he knows! He's been working for the railway for years! Anyhoo, the guy was like "English muffins! You want some?"

Heck yes!

So everybody got a bag of English muffins. A pack of 12! But these aren't just any ordinary English muffins... There McDonalds English muffins! It's pretty crazy, it says right on the bag 'for restaurant use only'

Anyhoo, other highlights of the night were that I got to drive the train! Whoa! That was pretty cool! I took a 22 car train all the way from Annacis Yard, over the bridge, and almost right up to Trapp Yard! Oh man, it was sweet!

Next exciting thing was I scored myself some free Onion Rings and A&W! I had ordered my food and what not and I was like "how much are onion rings?" and the lady was like $2.90. I only had like $130 so I told her forget and she was like ah, just take em! Oh man, the night rocked!

So anyhoo, I declare tomorrow (or is it today now?) hectic last minute shopping and gift card preparation! Which reminds me, I must call the Glynn's! Anyhoo, I work Christmas Eve at 3... Hopefully not for long... Then I have Christmas and Boxing day off!

For now, I must head for the bed. I leave you with the new U2 song Window In The Skies as I first herd it at Kelsey and Brenda's Sunday night. I made some rude comment about hearing it on their crappy speakers and I realized later it was pretty stupid, so sorry about that red head gang. Didn't mean too sound high and mighty. Anyhoo, tis a good song!

Oh yea, maybe you could all help me with this, but I was listening to 99.3 The Fox, and they had a trivia question asking 'how many of U2's Albums made it to the internet before they made it to the stores?' and the answer was all of them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think they had the internet up and running in 1980. I'm not sure, so correct me if I'm wrong!

Anyhoo, G-Night!

// Don't Stop

Well my three day weekend is over, and I didn't accomplish nearly enough what I had planned on doing! It seems when I have work I have all these things to do, and when I don't have work, I have nothing to do.

This will be the first time I've worked right through Christmas. As much as everybody does enjoy the presents, the family, and stop to think about the real meaning of Christmas, it's nice to be able to look forward to a break. Anyhoo, no break for me this year. In fact, I think I'm working Christmas eve!

One thing I must start doing this week... Christmas shopping! I've literally done little to no Christmas shopping. That must be started tomorrow! I'm working 10 o'clock shifts this week, and the job last week seemed to be getting off at a fairly good time, so I'm hoping that continues onto this week!

I woke up today at about 5:30pm... After going to bed at 3am. So I think I had more then enough sleep! I just didn't want to get out of bed for some reason. Maybe because I didn't sleep at all Friday, and had very little sleep the rest of the weekend, but nevertheless, I slept all day. Not one of my finest moments...

I had lunch with Mark Dehoog Friday out in Langley, and that went pretty well! I thought it would give me more of an opportunity to leave my job now, but really that didn't help. He said work at it more and more until eventually you can't do both jobs at the same time. I've really thought about that, and it would get rather easy to not have anytime to do two different jobs. So I'm thinking maybe find another job, one with a little more flexibility... Although I don't know how well that would work. For advice on school, he said just don't do it. You can learn a lot faster doing it by yourself.

Right now in my mind I'm thinking save up for some serious editing equipment, camera, and all, and once I've done that, start saving up for summit. I really think it would be good if I went there for at least one year, and take it from there.

So anyhoo, that's all in the back of my mind, just seeing how things go from here.

For now, time to get ready for work! Well, its not 10 yet, but I have to go mail Davethew's present!

// This Will Be The Day That I Die...

Very Un-Christmasy of me, I know, but does anybody know what this could be? Yes, I know, a reciept! If you can tell me the history behind it, I'll be blown away! I just found this and it brought back the memories... I still remember what happened that very day...

I'll tell you what it is after you try and figure out what it is! Hey, make up your own story to the reciept, might be kind of funny! Whoever figures it out, I will by them Sushi on Sushi day. It's a guarantee promise!

Speaking of which, there is a Sushi day coming up, and your all invited! Just let me know your coming! Sunday December 17th 12pm. Talk to me for more details, let me know before the 13th!

// Crucial Christmas Decision

The tree is up! Now we come to probably the most crucial part of the Christmas season... one of the toughest choices... I'm sure every family goes thought it... But...

What train should go around the tree?

I know! Should be an easy choice! But really, a train can make, or break your tree! For all of you who haven't put a train around your tree, ever, let me know. That's like a Christmas season sin! I might just go by a train for you to put around your tree!

Steph told me she doesn't even put a tree up! So not only do I have to buy her a train to go around the tree, but a tree for the train to go around!

Anyhoo, just thought you should all know this at 6:30am this Wednesday... Is it Wednesday? I just got off work, and it was Tuesday when I started, so it must be Wednesday! Anyhoo, let me know if you put a train around your tree!

For now... Time for bed!

PS. Okay, I'm really broke right now so I haven't been able to buy food. I haven't eaten anything this morning because I wanted toast with jam (like yesterday) but we ran out of milk! So I've decided to not eat (even though I'm starving!!!!) Am I picky or what?!

// Welcome To December, May I Take Your Order?

We have hit the oh-so-loveable-December which means the Christmas season officially starts now! Well, in my books in starts right now!

This year I'm working during the Christmas season, which I really don't mind as of yet, but it is a big helper! I get to buy lots of presents for all! Unfortunatly I truly hate Christmas shopping! I really do... I never know what people want!

Anyhoo, on the count of me needing to shower, i'm cutting this post short!

Merry Christmas Season!
