// Still living in August.
I wait outside your bedroom window,
And I know we're still alive.
And this winter cold it burns me,
Like you have so many times.
And when we fall,
I'll say it on my own.
We fall together,
Just like before.
And this winter night is dying,
Like I am for you.
And we've had our share of first times,
And mistakes we've made a few.
And now we're way far away,
Way far away.
And when we fall,
We'll say it on our own,
We fall together,
Just like before.
And when we fall,
We'll say it on our own,
'Cause we're together,
Unlike before,
I'm falling.
Remember August - "The Mourning After"
It reminds me of that night in August when Matt, Dyllan and I were in sitting in Speedy Reidy, in my parking lot. We had a sleeping bag out because we were cold (sort've) and the music was going and it was so, so awesome.
I miss being warm. I the summer.
